• Installation of 1500 m2 of 0.6mm Chromadeck IBR cladding sheets
• Supply office furniture
• Supply, Install and commission Gorman Rupp T3A3S Bare Shaft Pump
• Construction of water and sewer reticulation.
• Casting of 700 m3 of reinforced concrete.
• Paving 1300 m2 with heavy duty interlocking bricks
• Painting of 2500 m2 floors with epoxy flooring paint.
• Installation of plumbing, electrical and mechanical works
• Installation of two 20 ton overhead cranes
