• Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
• Qualifications: • Bachelor of Science – Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Required Experience:
  • Extensive knowledge on pricing, measuring and valuing of construction Works and a minimum of four (4) years experience is a must have.
  • Membership of a recognised professional body
• Key Competencies:
  • Knowledge on production rates
  • Good understanding of FIDIC suite of contracts and Contractual Management
  • Experience in usage of Quantity Surveying computer applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving, numerical and budgeting skills
  
• Remuneration: Market related
